I am an Information Technology Support and Network Specialist with hands-on experience in enterprise and healthcare environments. I troubleshoot system issues, configure user accounts and devices, resolve network and connectivity problems, and support Microsoft 365 tools that keep teams productive.

I take pride in staying calm under pressure, working efficiently, and delivering clear support to users at all technical levels. My experience includes managing Active Directory accounts, supporting hybrid cloud systems, and maintaining secure remote access and VPN configurations.

I am working toward an Associate of Science in Information Technology at Columbia Southern University, where I am building deeper knowledge in networking, system administration, and cloud technologies. I also hold the CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certifications.
